Our Process
01.
We'll begin with a detailed consultation where we meet together to discuss your vision for your home. This includes getting to know you and your family: Your values, lifestyle, design preferences, and how you'd like the home to function.

Next you'll work with one of our designers to begin finish selections and consider ways to make your floor plan work harder and function better for your lifestyle. Overall, they'll work with you to ensure your home reflects your unique style.

Once we have the plans finalized, we'll send everything out for preliminary bids from our trusted contractors and trade partners. This gives you a look at pricing and helps you feel confident moving forward.
04.
Now comes the fun part. We get started building your house! Throughout the building process, we'll oversee the tradesmen, timeline, budget, finish selections and more; keeping you updated throughout the process. We keep a strong eye towards quality, budget, and timeline, creatively addressing challenges as they arise.
05.
Once the home is complete, we'll do a final walk through with you to make sure the home is what you dreamed of. We'll do a through, white-gloved cleaning before you move in—then the home is all yours!

With every home, we include an extensive warranty on our workmanship. If anything arises in the first year, we'll take care of it right away.
We use cost-plus fee. This is a fancy way of saying you know every cost incurred, before you pay.
Everything is competitively bid with contractors that have proven their quality and expertise.
We keep open books. Bids and invoices are open to client review.
We’re paid as work is completed. We only bill for work done, materials delivered, and bills invoiced.
